Role : OT Cyber Security Consultant. Work Mode : WFO. Desired Experience Range : 10 years. Location of Requirement : India. Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have : - Excellent Communication Skills. - Consulting & Solutioning experience in OT Cyber Security. - Hands-on Experience in OT security industry practices, provide advisory services & mitigation solutions. - Experience with deploying & supporting security practices and technologies such antivirus software, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, security anomaly monitoring solution in OT landscape. - Working knowledge on OT security standards/guidelines like NIST, ISA99, NERC, IEC-62443 ,CPNI. - Experience in Cyber Security tools IDS/IPS (Asset e-discovery tools, OT security vulnerability and penetration testing tools). - Experience in IT-OT network security assessment, Network solution design, implement (Network architecture/ switches/ routers/ firewalls/ DMZ). - Experience with OT security security operation center solution design / Incident management. - Experience with Industrial control system / Operational technology (PLC/SCADA/Historian / DCS/ MES). Good-to-Have : - Exposure on Industry 4. - Exposure to ISA 95, IIRA , RAMI 4. - Certifications in CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCNA, GICSP. Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role : - Lead the OT cyber security advisory services (Consulting assignments). - Solution Design & Implementations , Proposal response creation,. - Ideating on new solutions, assets and frameworks.
