Technical Lead - Python

We are looking for a Technical Lead with expertise in Python (Flask), AWS (Lambda, Redshift, Glue, S3), Microservices, and Database Optimization (SQL, RDBMS) to lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team. This role involves architecting scalable backend systems, ensuring high availability, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and driving CI/CD automation. Experience : 10 years (including 2 years in a leadership role). Notice Period : 1 Day. Key Responsibilities : - Lead Backend architecture and micro-services development. - Optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for cost, performance, and security. - Improve SQL, PostgreSQL, and Amazon Aurora RDS performance. - Implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Git-lab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes). - Conduct code reviews and ensure best security & compliance practices. - Mentor developers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
