Senior Firmware Engineer - SoC/RTOS

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Firmware Engineer with a strong background in embedded systems and automotive technologies. The ideal candidate will bring over four years of hands-on experience in firmware development, with proven expertise across multiple domains such as SOC, RTOS, Bootloader, Security, and Automotive systems. Key Responsibilities : - Develop, maintain, and optimize firmware for embedded systems in automotive applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system-level solutions. - Work with SOCs, RTOS environments, and bootloaders to ensure secure and efficient firmware performance. - Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards in C. - Interface with hardware and software teams to support product development cycles. - Contribute to debugging, testing, and validation of firmware on embedded platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 4 years of experience in firmware development. - Strong academic background in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience in more than one of the following domains : Firmware, SOC, RTOS, Bootloader, Security, and Automotive. - Solid engineering experience in electronics, semiconductors, or software development. - In-depth knowledge of NXP product lines and familiarity with the automotive market. - Excellent communication skills with a strong command of C programming.
