Part Time Litigation Associate

A well-regarded law firm in Wellesley is seeking a Part-Time Litigation Associate to support its litigation practice. This role offers 15\u201320 hours per week with 1 in-office day required and flexible remote options. The position could extend beyond the summer depending on firm needs. Responsibilities: * Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. * Review and analyze discovery materials. * Assist in preparing for hearings, depositions, and trials. * Handle court appearances and argue motions Qualifications: * J.D. and active license to practice law in Massachusetts. * 2 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting. * Strong drafting and written advocacy skills. Additional Details: * Pay Rate: $50/hour Interview Process: * Zoom interview followed by an in-person meeting with the team.
