Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced *Firm Administrator* to join their team. *This position is fully onsite. Law firm experience required.* *Responsibilities:* • Managing daily functions of the firm • Handling human resources including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding employees • Acting as a liaison between the firm and an external PEO provider • Working collaboratively with the internal finance team • Overseeing the firm\u2019s business functions • Supervising professional staff • Providing general administrative management support *Requirements:* • 3 years of recent law firm administrator experience • Bachelor\u2019s Degree preferred • Excellent communication skills • Strong leadership skills • Ability to work well independently The anticipated salary range for this position is between $100,000-$150,000 per year depending on experience. Benefit offerings include health insurance, retirement plan, PTO, and other benefits.
