Primary Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Conduct one-on-one and small group behavior therapy sessions based on student needs. Maintain detailed records and collect data on student progress. Collaborate closely with school personnel, teachers, and parents to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies. Foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment for students. Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Prior experience working with children, preferably in educational or behavioral settings. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
