Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Opportunity Ashburn, VA Full-Time | 1:1 with Elementary Student | Bus Riding Required About the Position: ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to provide 1:1 nursing support for an elementary student in Ashburn, VA. This role involves monitoring seizure activity, administering g-tube feedings, and assisting with mobility needs. The nurse will ride the bus with the student, ensuring safe transportation to and from school. Candidates with pediatric or adult critical care experience and knowledge of seizure recognition and emergency response are encouraged to apply. Position Details: Employment Type: Full-time Location: Elementary school in Ashburn, VA Schedule: Monday & Wednesday: 6:45 AM 2:45 PM Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday: 6:45 AM 5:30 PM Bus riding required (transportation times included in schedule) Caseload: 1:1 support for a non-verbal student with mobility and medical needs Key Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to different seizure types and emergencies Administer g-tube feedings Assist with mobility needs, including gait trainer and wheelchair transfers Ride the bus with the student to ensure safe transportation Collaborate with school staff, therapists, and parents to support student care Qualifications: Active Virginia RN or LPN license Experience in pediatric or adult critical care settings Strong knowledge of seizure detection and emergency response Experience with g-tube feeding and mobility assistance Comfortable riding the bus with the student Why Work with ProCare Therapy?
