About the Opportunity: • Job Title: Waterjet Operator • Pay Rate Range: $21/Hour • Location: Mounds View, MN • Schedule: 2nd Shift, M-F, 2:30pm - 1am, O/T required as needed. • Position Type: Temp to Hire Waterjet Operator Requirements and Qualifications: Some machine operating and forklift experience. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English Lift up to 50lbs and utilize team lifting when needed Work while standing Waterjet Operator Duties and Responsibilities: Makes Parts that conform to the drawing specifications Meets to exceed job time standards as much as possible Independently perform all set-ups and executes them efficiently Performs basic programming using the CAM software Forklift certified and use the forklift to load and unload material at the machine Crane Certified Perform secondary operations such as drilling, tapping and deburring Completely and accurately fills out job paperwork and inspection reports Keep the work area clean and organized Maintain a positive Image for the company Perform miscellaneous Shop duties as required Perform other duties as required Discover Award Staffing: At Award Staffing, we believe that work should be more than just a paycheck—it should inspire, empower, and create a sense of purpose.
