About the Role : As an integral part of the school's team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic development of the SEN students. This will involve : Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and understood. Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to individual learning styles and needs. Implementing creative and therapeutic approaches to manage behaviour and support emotional regulation. Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to provide a holistic and consistent approach to each child's development. About You: You are a qualified teacher holding QTS or equivalent. You are patient, empathetic, and resilient, with a passion for making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children.
