Regional Manager, South of England, £50k Bonus & Car Allowance We are working with an established contract caterer who is seeking a talented and driven Regional Manager to oversee the catering for a portfolio of Senior Living sites across the South of England. This is a leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong Contract Catering background who thrives on building relationships, driving results, and inspiring teams to deliver excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery of catering services, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, service, and compliance. Monitor and manage financial performance, ensuring budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets are met. Nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner to exceed expectations. Deliver innovative solutions to operational challenges, maintaining a solution-focused approach. About You: A proven background in Contract Catering (Senior Living experience is an advantage but not essential). Excellent financial and commercial acumen. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills. A solution-focused mindset, with the ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operations.
