Senior Quantity Surveyor

We have a client with an amazing opportunity based in Bellville, Western Cape! Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor Industry: Engineering & Construction Level: Senior Key Requirements: 8 years experience in Quantity Surveying Registered as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (PRQS) Bachelor and/or Honors in Quantity Surveying from an accredited and internationally recognized university or institution Experience in guiding and mentoring Candidate Quantity Surveyors Strong working knowledge of project systems including APIC and PDS Ability to manage project teams and monitor performance against deliverables Familiarity with QA requirements, data benchmarking, and compliance. Personal Attributes: Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and client-facing abilities Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality outcomes Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
