You need a Millwright Trade Test and at least 3 years of post-trade test experience in a similar role, ideally in a factory or production setting. You should be skilled in both mechanical and electrical work, able to read technical manuals and drawings, and be comfortable working flexible hours. A valid drivers license, good communication, and strong problem-solving skills are also important.
