Technical Manager - Site Manager

Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for an experienced Technical Manager: Site Manager to join their operations in the North West! Responsibilities: Estimate material, labour, and overhead costs to support accurate budgeting and tender preparation. Oversee production reporting, mine planning, surveying, and technical systems to ensure project efficiency. Monitor project execution to ensure it aligns with the contract, remains profitable, and is delivered on time. Liaise with clients on contractual matters and assist in managing commercial claims and payment processes. Lead operational teams, ensure compliance with SHEQ standards, and contribute to talent development and training.
