Work with respective teams for project resource requirement planning and project resource performance improvement for major project implementation. Execute tender for outsourced service provider to implement project when required. Identify and coordinate actions to improve the quality of project delivery based on monitoring and reporting activities and management information. Manage overall project register and report portfolio key performance metrics. Track major project timeline, deliverables, dependencies, assumptions, issues, and risks. Track major projects review activities against expected milestone deliverables, sign-off, change request, and closure. Assist in project-related issue resolution and risk mitigation. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT peers to assess and identify solution and implementation risks. Work with Synapxe PMO to ensure alignment with Project Management Methodology (PMM) processes, deliverables, and reporting. Requirements Possess a Degree or higher tertiary qualification in Information Technology. More than 4 years of relevant working experience and demonstrate an applied knowledge of IT Project Management and Program Management Office (PMO). Relevant project management certifications such as PMP are preferred. Strong MS Excel skills are preferred. Strong communication skills - articulate in both written and spoken language. Excellent internal/external stakeholder engagement skills. Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change. Strong project resource planning skill is preferred.
