Position Summary This position, in conjunction with the EU market team, is responsible for the overall coordination, management, and leadership of sales activities in the assigned industries. Main applications include corporate events, concerts, festivals, public events, broadcasting-rental, virtual applications, mainly related to Rental and Staging LED product lines for rental projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement the company's strategy for business development in assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and generating leads to meet or exceed targets. Identify new accounts to sell LED products, and develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to expand sales. Lead sales forecasting activities and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team. Participate in establishing annual industry business plans and target customer development strategies. Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities. Make daily business trips to develop relationships with rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and professionals, and coordinate distributors by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. Stay informed about new products, services, and relevant industry information. Gather feedback from field activities and relay it to HQ, including product, marketing, sales, and service feedback. Prepare monthly industry reports and quarterly situation analyses. Manage communication with customers and headquarters during project implementation. Other Duties and Responsibilities Host customer visits to China HQ. Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows. Coordinate with the HQ sales team for the EU market. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration. At least 5 years in industrial product B2B sales & marketing or project management, preferably in the AV industry. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in related projects with sales, marketing, or product management responsibilities. Specialized Knowledge/Skills Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Excellent client orientation, problem-solving, and product delivery skills. Ability to perform in high-pressure environments. Language: Fluent in written and spoken German, English, Dutch, or Italian.
