The opportunity For our BU Transformers based in Monselice, we are looking for an HSE Specialist . How You’ll Make An Impact Develop and implement policies and practices to identify and mitigate hazardous conditions within the workplace. Identify potential workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices, and conditions. Investigate accidents and liaise with engineers, management, and regulatory authorities to determine causes and prevent recurrence. Provide advice and training on safety protocols. Conduct audits and inspections inside the factory and on-site to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Maintain and analyze records of workplace injuries, illnesses, and absences to identify concerns and fulfill regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments. Your background Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related HSE field. 2-3 years of experience in HSE management. Interest in the industrial sector. Proactivity, attention to detail, and good communication skills. Fluent in Italian and English, both oral and written.
