Job Description - Food and Beverage Manager (HOT0BJSQ) Job Number: HOT0BJSQ Work Location Hilton Sorrento, Via San Antonio 13, Sorrento 80067 A Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for managing the operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines. What will I be doing? As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all Food and Beverage outlet operations to ensure exceptional service. Your duties include managing, training, and developing team members, managing budgets, developing menus, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Specific tasks include: Manage all Food and Beverage outlets Maintain exceptional customer service levels Ensure compliance with brand standards Recruit, train, and develop staff Handle guest queries efficiently Manage costs related to food, liquor, and payroll within budgets Set departmental targets, schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures Develop menus collaboratively with the team Conduct monthly stock takes Motivate team members to maximize sales and revenue Perform annual and mid-year appraisals Evaluate guest satisfaction and pursue continuous improvement Conduct communication meetings and record minutes Maintain environmental awareness Support other departments as needed and foster good relationships Comply with security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation What are we looking for?
