SAP Testing Associate/Managing Consultant - Manual/Automation Testing

Job Description We are seeking an experienced SAP Testing Associate Managing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing with expertise in test automation, team management, and quality assurance processes for web and mobile applications. In this role, you will lead testing efforts for SAP-related projects, manage teams, and ensure the highest quality standards across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage testing teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables within the required timeframes. - Develop and execute test plans for both manual and automated testing of SAP systems. - Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver testing strategies aligned with business needs. - Conduct testing on both web and mobile applications, ensuring full functional and non-functional coverage. - Prepare and maintain testing metrics, documentation, and training materials, ensuring that teams have the required knowledge for efficient project delivery. - Conduct walkthroughs and demos to communicate test results and updates to stakeholders. - Develop training plans and provide training to internal teams and stakeholders on best practices for software testing and automation. - Utilize SAP Service Marketplace for ticketing and release tracking. - Work under pressure while maintaining strong communication and organizational skills. - Ensure that testing efforts align with the overall project goals and timelines. Required Skills and Experience: - Experience: 810 years of direct, hands-on software testing experience in complex projects. - Test Automation: 24 years of hands-on experience in test automation using tools like Tosca, JMeter, or Neoload (experience with code/low-code/no-code automation solutions is a plus). - Team Management: Proven experience managing testing teams and ensuring the quality assurance process is followed. - SAP Systems: Familiarity with SAP systems and practical experience in using SAP Service Marketplace for ticketing, issue resolution, and release tracking. - Testing Skills: Strong understanding of testing metrics, documentation preparation, and the creation of comprehensive user manuals. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving ability, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards under pressure. Desired Qualifications: - Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with experience in testing methodologies and automation tools. - SAP Knowledge: Deep understanding of SAP modules and their testing requirements. - Certifications: Relevant software testing or automation certifications (e.g., ISTQB, Tosca) are a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
