Veeva Vault Administrator

Job Description : - Administer and maintain the Veeva Vault platform, including user management, security settings, and system configurations. - Design and implement scalable and compliant Veeva Vault solutions based on business requirements and system capabilities. - Configure and manage document lifecycle workflows, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. - Develop and maintain metadata models, document types, and classifications within Veeva Vault. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Vault configurations. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Veeva Vault users. - Develop and deliver training materials and conduct user training sessions on Veeva Vault functionalities. - Participate in the planning and execution of Veeva Vault upgrades and enhancements. - Ensure data integrity and compliance within the Veeva Vault system. - Create and maintain system documentation related to Veeva Vault configurations and processes. - Potentially manage integrations between Veeva Vault and other enterprise systems. - Utilize tools like JIRA and Zephyr for issue tracking and test management (good to Skills and Experience : - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences). - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Veeva Vault administration or implementation. - Strong understanding of Veeva Vault configuration options and best practices. - Proven experience in designing scalable and compliant solutions within Veeva Vault. - In-depth knowledge of document lifecycle management principles and their application within Veeva Vault. - Experience in designing and implementing workflows and metadata models in Veeva Vault. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving Skills : - Familiarity with pharmaceutical/life sciences regulatory processes (e.g., GMP, GCP, GxP). - Veeva Vault certification (e.g., Vault Administrator, Vault Certified Associate). - Experience with Veeva CRM or other related platforms (e.g., Veeva PromoMats, Veeva QualityDocs). - Experience with integration tools and APIs for connecting Veeva Vault with other systems. - Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA for issue tracking and Zephyr for test management (ref:hirist.tech)
