MFT/Datastage Expert - IT Compliance

MFT, Datastage & Compliance Expert (Remote - Bengaluru) Job Type: Remote 6 Years Skill Area: Compliance, Data Integration Main Technologies: Compliance (GxP), MFT, IBM InfoSphere : - Ensure all data integration processes and systems comply with GxP (Good Practices) regulations and guidelines. - Develop, maintain, and enforce compliance policies and procedures. - Interpret and apply regulatory requirements to data integration workflows. - Maintain up to date knowledge of changes in regulations and guidelines. - Create and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), validation protocols, and audit trails. - Conduct internal audits and participate in external audits, addressing any findings and implementing corrective actions. - Provide expert guidance on compliance documentation requirements. - Excellent knowledge on documentation. - Review and approve Change Requests (CRs) to ensure compliance and minimize risk. - Check and confirm release dates, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements. - Manage the release process for data integration components, ensuring proper documentation and validation. - Identify, document, and track deviations from compliance requirements. - Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to determine the underlying causes of deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). - Raise and keep track of deviations, RCAs, etc. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., data engineers, developers, quality assurance) to ensure compliance throughout the data lifecycle. - Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring their compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. - Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills. - Apply your knowledge of MFT and Datastage to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance. - Contribute to the design and implementation of compliant data integration solutions. - Leverage Datastage to ensure proper data transformations and validation. Mandatory Skills : - Minimum 6 years of experience in compliance, with a focus on GxP regulations. - Extensive knowledge of GxP compliance documentation and requirements. - Proven experience in conducting and participating in audits. - Strong understanding of data integration principles and practices. - Hands-on experience with MFT and IBM InfoSphere Datastage. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote : - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Relevant certifications (e.g., compliance, data management) are a plus.
