UI/UX Designer - Wireframe/Prototype Design

Job Overview : We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 3-4 years of experience to craft exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for clean, modern design and a strong understanding of user-centric design principles. They should be adept at transforming complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs. Key Responsibilities : - Execute all stages of visual design, from concept to final hand-off. - Conceptualize original website and application designs that enhance usability and engagement. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows to visualize design ideas. - Design and refine website layouts, typography, colour schemes, and UI elements. - Create graphics, and animations, and manipulate digital images for seamless integration into UI designs. - Collaborate with developers, content creators, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive designs. - Present and defend design concepts and key deliverables to teams and executives. - Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve UI/UX functionality. - Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design guidelines, and best practices. - Ensure consistency by following branding guidelines and maintaining design standards. Requirements : - Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Web Designer, or similar role. - Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs. - Proficiency in design tools such as: - Figma. - Adobe XD. - Adobe Photoshop. - Adobe Illustrator. - Experience in designing responsive and mobile-friendly interfaces. - Understanding of UX principles, user research, and usability testing. - Ability to work on multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate design ideas effectively. Preferred Skills : - Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards. - Experience in motion design and micro-interactions. (ref:hirist.tech)
