Location : Noida, Gurgaon, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore. Years of Experience : 4-12 years. Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days. Mode of Interview : Technical and communication rounds (prescreening from business is required before interview scheduling). Roles & Responsibilities : - Lead multiple teams and ensure smooth project execution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and prioritize business requirements. - Act as the go-to technical expert for the team. - Participate in architecture and design discussions to meet business needs. - Handle end-to-end project management, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. - Drive technical discussions and ensure the adoption of best practices. - Manage migration to the NOW CSM workflow management platform. Key Skills & Experience : - Core Java expertise, with practical exposure to OOPS concepts. - At least 2 years of relevant experience with the NOW platform (technical development, scripting, workflows, and integrations). - Strong experience working with SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL) and writing queries and stored procedures. - Experience with Web Services, XML, and integration techniques using APIs. - Experience leading teams of 8 to 15 members. - Good understanding of F&A business processes and all phases of the SDLC. - Strong analytical skills and ability to handle migration techniques. - Must have worked on ITSM, CSM, CMDB, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, and Discovery (any 3 of these skills required; CSM preferred). - Should have team handling experience on papers.
