IT Project Manager - Jira/Agile Methodologies

Job Title: IT Project Manager Experience: 10-15 years Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, and Pune Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager with 10-15 years of experience in managing IT projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in handling a team of at least 5 members, and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. - Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring while adhering to Agile principles. - Utilize Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking project progress. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts. - Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and develop mitigation strategies. - Ensure clear communication and alignment with stakeholders, both technical and business. - Conduct sprint reviews, retrospectives, and Agile ceremonies. - Manage project documentation, reporting, and performance metrics. Required Skills : - Proven experience in IT Project Management, with at least 5 years of leading teams of 5 or more members. - Expertise in Agile methodologies and Jira. - Strong knowledge of SDLC, project lifecycle, and IT service management. - Experience in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration. - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
