Project Manager - SAP

Job Title : SAP Transformation Delivery Manager(Project Manager) Location : Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai Experience : 1214 Years (8 Years in SAP Transformation Delivery) Role Summary : The SAP Transformation Delivery Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP projects (ECC, S/4HANA) across R2R, P2P, O2C, FICO, MM, and SD modules. The role demands people leadership, stakeholder management, strategic execution, and deep functional & technical expertise in SAP platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Inspire and motivate high-performing teams with clear goals and direction. - Drive successful delivery of SAP programs (on time, within scope & budget, zero defects). - Develop and implement strategic plans aligning technology with business goals. - Act as a hands-on leader in delivery processes, methodologies, and platform understanding. - Build and maintain strong stakeholder and vendor relationships. - Identify and mitigate delivery risks and dependencies proactively. - Translate organizational strategy into actionable execution plans. Performance Indicators: - Timely and high-quality delivery of SAP programs. - High stakeholder satisfaction and strong partnerships. - Successful implementation of scalable, future-ready SAP solutions. - Process adoption and improvements leading to enhanced productivity. - Proactive risk mitigation and resolution. Mandatory Experience & Skills: - 8 years of SAP ERP Transformation delivery experience (ECC, S/4HANA). - Functional knowledge in R2R, P2P, O2C, FICO, MM, SD. - Proven track record of steering complex projects and stakeholder presentations. - Strong knowledge in architecture, integration, and data migration. - Critical thinking and analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities. - Effective communication and presentation skills. Preferred Capabilities: - Strong people leadership and team development. - Strategic thinking and business value delivery focus. - Experience with Steering Committees and senior stakeholder engagement. - Contract and supplier management experience. - Agile mindset with structured delivery expertise. - Can-do attitude with bias for action and innovation.
