Automation Test Analyst - Java/Selenium

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and C# or Java. - Develop and maintain automation frameworks to ensure robust and scalable test suites. - Perform automated testing of web applications and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements. - Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional and non-functional requirements. - Execute automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and security. - Identify, track, and report defects during the testing phase, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up. - Continuously improve the automation framework and testing processes for efficiency and effectiveness. - Optimize test scripts and frameworks to ensure fast and reliable execution. - Work closely with QA teams, developers, and business analysts to understand project requirements and ensure automated testing covers all scenarios. - Generate and maintain reports on test results, providing insights on software quality and areas of improvement. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and delivery. - Work with tools like Jenkins, Git, and others to ensure seamless integration with development Skills & Experience : - 4 years of experience in Automation Testing. - Strong proficiency in C# or Java for test script development. - Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for automating web application tests. - Experience with TestNG or JUnit for managing test executions and reporting. - Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. - Experience with Version Control tools like Git. - Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins and familiarity with automated build pipelines. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to to Have : - Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured). - Familiarity with Performance Testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). - Exposure to Cloud-based testing (e.g., AWS, Azure). - Knowledge of Database Testing (SQL, NoSQL).
