Responsibilities : - Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. - Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. - Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues. - Communicate project status to stakeholders, including senior management and clients. - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to meet quality standards. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or any equivalent degree. - 3-4 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment. - Proven track record of successful project delivery. - Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and execution. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - PMP certification. - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Experience with project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
