Falcon Engineer - AIX/RHEL

About The Job Profile : Falcon Engineer Experience : 4-8 Years As a successful Falcon Engineer, You will need to deploy and maintain FICO-Falcon Fraud manager solutions in Cloud or On-Prem environments and to be able to prepare physical topology model/architecture document for Falcon installations. What You Will Do - Installing and configuring Falcon application like Scoring, MUX and other falcon applications in Unix/AIX/RHEL platforms. - Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve all the falcon issues reported by internal and external stakeholders. - Responsible to provide BAU support for all the falcon related applications implemented (UAT and PROD). - Taking ownership of issues reported by customer and seeing problems through to resolution. - Fine tune applications and systems for high performance and higher volume throughput. - Responsible to provide operational support and ensure SLIs of system availability, online and batch deliverables. - Installing the hot fixes and service pack updates released timely by FICO. - Perform the Credit (International), Debit (International) and any other local (country based) model installation in falcon. - Set up new tenants in single/multi-tenant multiple falcon instances. - Configure case manager application based on business requirements. - Deploy the business UDV and UDP rules in Falcon Rule expert based on the business requirements. - Participate in all technical discussions related to Falcon for all new and existing projects. - Support profile maturation process. What You Will Need To Have : - Experience in setting up Falcon pre-requisites in any environment before implementation. - Experience in Unix/Linux Commands, Tomcat/IBM WebSphere. - Experience in installing and configuring Scoring, Multiplexers, FRMC, Case manager & Rule Expert. - Experience in installing and configuring Couchbase & LDAP/Active directory server. - Experience in installing and configuring BO reports. - Experience in SQL and NoSQL database (Oracle, SQL Server, Couchbase). - Good communication skills - verbal and written. - 4-7 years of equivalent combination of educational background, relevant experience in Falcon application implementation. - What Would Be Nice/great To Have - Write scripts using Perl/Shell - Financial services industry Experience. - Speaks Spanish and Portuguese Language (ref:hirist.tech)
