Role : Senior Salesforce Developer Type : Full-Time About the Job : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and a proven track record of delivering robust and scalable solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce applications and integrations, leveraging your expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Responsibilities : Development and Implementation : - Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies. - Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, test classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and flows. - Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. - Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities. - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance. Technical Leadership and Best Practices : - Adhere to and promote Salesforce best practices, including coding standards, testing methodologies, and deployment processes. - Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and performance. - Implement and maintain test-driven development practices. - Apply appropriate Apex development patterns. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Collaboration and Communication : - Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Deployment and Maintenance : - Utilize continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools like Copado or GitLab. - Manage and deploy Salesforce metadata. - Perform package installations and manage Salesforce environments. - Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications. Salesforce Administration : - Manage Salesforce roles, profiles, email templates, and email services. - Utilize Data Loader for data migration and manipulation. - Configure and manage workflow rules, approval processes, and process builder. Specific Technical Skills Requirement : Experience : - 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development. Core Salesforce Skills : - Proficient in Apex classes, triggers, test classes, Visualforce pages, workflows & approvals, flows, metadata, Process Builder, reports & dashboards, package installations, roles, profiles, email templates, email services, and Data Loader. Lightning Platform : - Expertise in Lightning Platform development, including Lightning Web Components (LWC). API and Integrations : - Strong experience in Salesforce API integration using REST and SOAP. UI Development : - Experience in developing intuitive user interfaces using Visualforce, JavaScript, and jQuery technologies. Development Practices : - Good understanding of Apex Development Patterns, Test-Driven Development, and Best Practices. Agile Methodology : - Proficient with Agile/Scrum methodologies. CI/CD : - Experience in using efficient methodologies and continuous deployment tools such as Copado or GitLab. Sales Cloud : - Good functional knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud is required.
