Role : Performance Testing Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Testing Engineer with 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Yelahanka, Bangalore. As a Performance Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our applications and systems can handle high levels of traffic and data, performing under stress and maintaining optimal performance. You will play a critical role in identifying bottlenecks, ensuring scalability, and improving the overall efficiency of our systems. Key Responsibilities : - Conduct performance testing for web and enterprise applications using JMeter and Visual Studio. - Design, implement, and execute performance test scripts for load, stress, and scalability testing. - Analyze performance test results and provide recommendations for improvements. - Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify performance issues and bottlenecks in the system. - Create detailed performance test reports with actionable insights and recommendations. - Ensure that performance test objectives align with business requirements and application specifications. Mandate Skills : - Performance Testing : In-depth experience in testing application performance under various load conditions. - JMeter : Proficiency in JMeter for performance and load testing. - Visual Studio : Strong working knowledge of Visual Studio, particularly in performance testing using Visual Studio Load Test.
