ServiceNow Developer

Job Description : Role & Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a strong emphasis on ITSM modules (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, etc.). - Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements. - Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and other Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods. - Participate in the full lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and testing. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow. - Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and best practices. - Contribute to the development of technical documentation for ServiceNow solutions. What you'll bring : - Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on ITSM (ideally 2 years). - Solid understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM processes. - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, including scripting (JavaScript), Glide API, and workflow editor. - Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow ITSM modules. - Familiarity with ServiceNow Service Catalog design and implementation. - Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and/or SOAP APIs. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, 1 Information Technology, or a related field.
