Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer For a pharmaceutical company based in the canton of Bern, we are looking for : an Instrumentation & Electrics Engineer Temporary position Tasks: Identify and implement process improvements to improve system and manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs and improve product quality. Provide technical support to manufacturing operations and maintenance teams Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure GMP compliance. Develop and maintain documentation Support projects and collaborate with design and development teams Analyze production data to identify trends, root causes of problems and opportunities for improvement. Supervise maintenance and optimization of manufacturing equipment to ensure reliable and efficient operations. Work closely with the maintenance team leaders and other team members to coordinate maintenance and calibration activities and priorities Education: Diploma in electrical engineering or a title deemed equivalent with additional certification in metrology or calibration. Minimum 3 years of experience in instrument maintenance and calibration Experience in a GMP environment Proven experience in process improvement, production support and equipment maintenance.
