We’re a fast-moving startup, building from scratch and looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist who can drive our organic and paid social growth to a large following—and convert that attention into real, meaningful revenue. Create viral, high-impact content that drives massive brand awareness and engagement on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. You’ll experiment with new formats and trends, turning a blank slate into a bustling, engaged community.

Identify top-performing organic social content and transform it into paid ads that convert. You’ll collaborate with performance marketing specialists to supercharge reach and sales.

Own and optimize our multi-channel social strategy. You’ll know exactly how to tailor content for each platform’s algorithm and audience preferences, from TikTok’s rapid-fire format to LinkedIn’s professional narrative.

Measure the impact of every post, reel, and story—refining strategies, scaling what works, and cutting what doesn’t. You’ll interpret social data to drive revenue and KPI improvements, proving real business value from social initiatives.

Cultivate relationships with creators and influencers who share our mission. Leverage user-generated content (UGC) to amplify authenticity, turning everyday fans into brand evangelists who shape our story alongside us.

Work closely with Growth, Product, and Creative specialists to ensure a seamless experience from scroll-stopping social content to checkout. You’ll be the champion of “social-first” thinking across the entire organization.

By blending organic storytelling with paid distribution, you will maximize our impact across platforms—driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.

4 years in social media or influencer marketing roles, ideally at fast-growing DTC or wellness brands. Demonstrable success in building a massively successful social presence from the ground up.

Expert knowledge of short-form video best practices, platform algorithms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook), and a creative approach to viral content creation. You are on top of the latest trends and passionate about the US pop culture.

History of hiring, mentoring, and inspiring cross-functional teams. You can rally creatives, analysts, and community managers around a common goal—and get them excited about trying new experiments.

Deep familiarity with the creator economy—sourcing and managing influencer partnerships, negotiating deals, and measuring ROI. You see influencers as strategic partners, not just media channels.

You translate social metrics into real business impact. You’re comfortable with A/B testing, analytics tools, and data dashboards to understand how content drives engagement, traffic, and ultimately sales.

You’re hands-on when necessary—willing to roll up your sleeves and craft compelling posts or jump on emerging trends before they peak. At the same time, you know how to curate user-generated content and brand narratives at scale and with great taste.

Passion for connecting with people, responding to comments, and inspiring user advocacy. You understand that community is the heart of any modern consumer brand.

Comfortable working alongside product, marketing, and sales teams to co-develop initiatives that extend beyond “likes” and “followers.” You see social as a critical driver of Aonic’s overall mission.

You’ll have the autonomy to shape Aonic’s entire social and creator marketing engine. Your work will be front and center in establishing our brand voice and presence.
