This role supports critical industrial software platforms used in operations and field environments. Ideal candidates will have experience providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for applications such as J5 , OSIsoft PI (Pie) , or Enableon . This is a hands-on support role for a professional who understands both user needs and technical troubleshooting in a high-availability industrial environment.
