ARRT certification Kentucky State Certification for Radiation. BLS training is required Mandatory Experience: Special Procedures Tech Interventional Radiology Must have 12-24 months prior travel experience Good working knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, pathology, medical terminology, application software, contrast indications and contraindications. Ability to skillfully operate CT scanner and related patient support equipment is required. Adherence to established procedure protocols, working knowledge of all IR examinations, and exam preps.
