Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Anesthesiology in Altoona, PA

We are seeking a Locums Anesthesiologist to provide coverage in Altoona, Pennsylvania. This opportunity requires a provider who is skilled in general anesthesia and comfortable with OB and pediatric cases. Candidates must be willing to participate in both day and call shifts. Position Details: Schedule: Majority of day shifts: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM Extended shifts as needed: until 5:30 PM or 7:30 PM Call shifts: Overnight call and weekend call required Must be willing to take call in addition to day shifts Setting: Hospital-based anesthesia Case Types: General Anesthesia Obstetrics Pediatrics Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency) Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC – Required DEA – Required Certifications Required: ACLS BLS PALS Altoona is a charming city nestled in the Allegheny Mountains of central Pennsylvania.
