Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Psychiatry in Georgia

A hospital is seeking a psychiatrist for locum tenens coverage. The facility is located west of Atlanta, Georgia. This inpatient psychiatry position (MD/DO, board-certified) uses EPIC EMR in a Level III trauma center and runs MondayFriday, 8 a.m.5 p.m., from June 8, 2025 (or as soon as credentialed, ~120 days) through December 31, 2025. The role involves general psychiatry cases with a daily patient load of 1012, no admissions, no call, and strong support from PMHNPs, RNs, and therapists; the need arises due to the resignation of the interim medical director.
