Key Responsibilities of the Audit Manager: Manage a diverse client portfolio, reporting directly to partners. Oversee the financial management of client accounts. Drive business development initiatives, identifying and researching opportunities for new and existing clients. Lead recruitment efforts for staff and senior-level positions. Mentor and develop the technical expertise of team members. Design and implement solutions for complex technical challenges. Supervise and deliver large-scale audit projects. Education and Experience Requirements for the Audit Manager: Degree: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
