Duties: Bookkeeping (Full Function) Processing tax invoices for suppliers and customers Processing and reconciling cashbooks (bank recons) Reconciling to supplier and customer statements SARS E-Filing VAT reconciliation and returns Compile Annual Financial Statement on CaseWare Assist with VAT reviews on SARS Processing of journals and process up to a final trial balance Requirements: Grade 12 Relevant tertiary education preferred Must have at least 5 years experience in an auditors /accounting firm Must be proficient in accounting software (Pastel Partner, Sage One, CaseWare) Must be able to compile Annual Financial Statement on CaseWare Must be fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Must have contactable references No criminal record (checks will be done)
