Candidate Requirements: Matric Certificate. Culinary Diploma advantageous. Demonstrated experience as a Sushi Chef. Strong understanding of diverse sushi varieties and expert sushi-rolling techniques. Solid knowledge of Japanese cuisine principles. Proven ability to work efficiently and with precision. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Ability to perform effectively under pressure. Experience in managing food stock and maintaining quality standards when handling a wide range of ingredients. Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license. This is a live-out role.
