Job Description
Qualifications Matric Requirements 3 to 5 years of outbound business development and / or sales experience Knowledge in Office Automation Must have good computer skills Travelling when required Duties Service customers by selling products and meeting customer needs through building a long standing relationship. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales partners. Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature/brochures. The ability to problem solve and implement out of the box thinking to resolve customer needs and challenges Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques. Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational training sessions, reviewing Tender publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional events. Maintaining records on area and customer sales. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Conducting various training session to partners to keep product relevant. Compiling quotations and proposals in a professional manner. Planning country trips strategically when needed
