Job Description
Our client is seeking a proactive and energetic Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about animals, has excellent interpersonal skills, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administration, reception duties, and handling bookings. This is a customer-facing position, and friendliness, reliability, and strong communication are essential. Minimum Requirements: Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written) Excellent computer literacy Experience with invoices and banking reconciliation (advantageous) Friendly, presentable, and approachable Passion for animals and client service Flexible and reliable – must be willing to work overtime when needed Key Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good administrative and organisational ability Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office systems Attention to detail and accuracy in work Ability to multitask and manage bookings efficiently Responsibilities: Manage daily bookings and customer communication Perform general administrative duties Front-desk reception and client service Maintain accurate invoicing and assist with banking reconciliation Provide assistance where needed to support the smooth operation of the boutique Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 17:00 Flexibility required for occasional overtime as needed IMPORTANT: Applications close 23 May 2025 If you did not receive feedback within 14 days, please consider your application unsuccessful Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be considered Only candidates who meet all our client's minimum requirements will be contacted
