At Aenova, a leading contract manufacturer and developer for the pharmaceutical industry with 4,000 employees across 15 sites, our Latina site is a center of excellence for sterile production and antibiotics. Your key responsibilities Define and implement effective sourcing plans aligned with the forecast approved by the HR Director, Cluster Italy. Manage end-to-end recruitment for production, manufacturing, maintenance, logistics, customer service, quality, pharma-related, and commercial roles, ensuring successful onboarding. Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, internal stakeholders, and external service providers. Act as an ambassador for Aenova Italy, engaging in active sourcing, job posting, attending career fairs, networking, utilizing social channels, building talent pools, and supporting referral programs. Collaborate closely with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team, hiring managers, and the group. Develop and execute sourcing strategies in partnership with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team. Establish and monitor recruiting KPIs. Represent Aenova at recruitment events and career fairs. Your profile Degree in economics, psychology, educational science, or related fields. Several years of relevant experience in an international, fast-paced industrial environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals, medical technology, or food industry. Proven experience in active sourcing and end-to-end recruitment for industrial and technical roles. Native Italian speaker, fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong consulting, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, goal-oriented, and solution-focused attitude. High intercultural competence and ability to attract, retain, and develop talent. Willingness to travel between Italian sites and occasionally to the headquarters in Starnberg, Germany.
