The Role We seek individuals passionate about customer service for our depot in Catania - Torregalliera . You will be the face of our company, reporting to the Italy Area Operations Manager . Your responsibilities include delivering excellent customer care, maintaining the fleet, and ensuring smooth depot operations. Responsibilities Manage reservations, greet guests, and handle check-ins and check-outs; Oversee fleet maintenance, logistics, and repairs; Train, supervise, and coach team members; Manage bookings, stock, suppliers, and cleaning services; Address complaints, emergencies, and local issues; Prepare and clean campervans; Assist in reselling campervans, including preparing and showing them to prospective buyers. Candidate Profile Travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car is desirable; Fluent in Italian and English (mandatory); Eligible to work in Italy, with a valid driver's license, and confident in driving a campervan (mandatory); Available to work weekends and holidays; Responsible, reliable, well-organized, and problem-solving skills.
