We are recruiting for a Assistant Store Manager position at a leading fast-food chain in Rimini, part of a multinational company in the restaurant industry. Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise staff activities during shifts, including both front and kitchen operations, and oversee daily organization, reporting directly to the Store Manager. Ensure standards of customer service, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness are maintained. Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash operations and inventory management. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP). Resolve operational issues or customer complaints promptly and effectively. Motivate and train the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Handle operational tasks at the counter and maintain direct contact with customers. Required Skills and Qualities: At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience in restaurants or similar hospitality environments, preferably within large restaurant groups or structured multi-service settings. Analytical skills to interpret KPIs. Strong leadership and communication skills. Customer-oriented attitude and focus on service quality. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, and resilience under stress. Work Schedule: Full-time, six days a week with flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
