The Role & Team: Infovista is seeking a sales-driven individual with excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and experience in complex sales cycles. The role involves developing sales for the Global Network Product Line, strengthening existing client relationships, and acquiring new business. The candidate should have a proactive 'hunting' approach for new logos and expanding existing accounts, leveraging their background in service assurance, network testing, and telecom technologies to establish credibility and grow the customer footprint. This role requires navigating customer organizations to reach technical buyers and decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor, and working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful deployments. The candidate will use their sales experience to secure business in competitive situations and meet sales targets. Infovista offers a dynamic environment that rewards initiative and results. Profile: Sales Skills: Strong results-driven attitude and target orientation Experience selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, or OSS solutions Proven ability to close deals above €1m Strategic planning skills for territory and key accounts Industry experience and relationships with C-Level and senior management Excellent communication and influence skills Ability to communicate technical concepts to all organizational levels Understanding of how technical sales influence business cases Team selling and internal communication skills Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Service Assurance, network testing, and OSS solutions Understanding of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, and optimization Personal Skills: Strategic thinking and process development Analytical skills, business acumen, and vision Inspiring leadership and charisma Assertiveness and negotiation skills Prioritization and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills and project management Experience: 7 years in customer/vendor relationship management, including senior executives Proven track record in selling OSS solutions and closing large deals Existing relationships with CSP leaders (e.g., Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange) Willingness to travel up to 50% Why Infovista?
