About the job We are seeking a Logistic Structure Equipments Planner to join our headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO). You will report hierarchically to the Head of Logistic Engineering and Operations and functionally to the Logistic Operations Coordinator . Your responsibilities include defining and managing budgets for logistic equipment procurement (such as shelves, grippers, manipulators, trailers, flow racks), overseeing related activities (certifications, checks), liaising with suppliers, and managing logistics assets (status, maintenance, certifications). Main activities: Check and improve logistic asset status Prepare technical specifications for equipment Evaluate technical offers Manage external suppliers for procurement, maintenance, and certification Plan equipment relocation and warehouse layout Update LSP contracts and collect information for safety documentation Ensure safety rules are followed by LSP Verify storage and handling of dangerous goods in coordination with safety departments Coordinate with internal and external entities About you Degree in Mechanical, Management, or Industrial Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in high-volume manufacturing or automotive warehouses Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Strong project management skills Experience working with logistics service providers and external suppliers Knowledge of safety regulations Problem-solving skills Fluent in English; Italian and German are a plus Strong personality with proactive implementation skills Team-oriented and customer-focused attitude What we offer Holistic Well-Being program Parenthood support Opportunities for internal employees Access to professional learning paths If interested, please submit your application by October 28th.
