The Business Development Manager in Italy will participate in our regional commercial operations, attending medical conferences, generating leads, managing key accounts, and contributing to the company's go-to-market strategy. Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will be part of the global sales team and collaborate across departments including Customer Success, Legal, Product, Finance, and Marketing. Responsibilities: Generate leads via events, email, and social networks using digital tools. Act as the first contact point for new potential clients. Support market expansion in Italy alongside the BD Director. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in Italy. Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle to closing. Provide feedback to improve commercial processes. Collaborate with senior physicians at top hospitals and imaging centers on new AI imaging technologies. Attend medical conferences and engage with radiologists and clinicians. Ideal candidate: Over 5 years of experience in business development within the AI medical imaging industry. Excellent communication skills, capable of leading meetings and delivering pitches.
