Technical Support Specialist (m/f/d) / Construction

We are now aiming to strengthen our activities in Italy and are searching for a Technical Support Specialist (m/f/d) , reporting to the PA & Technical Marketing Manager, who will support market opportunities and respond effectively with the right solutions to various stakeholders. Responsibilities Provide back-office technical support to clients and the sales organization. Assist the Technical Specification staff with their daily field prescription activities. Send spontaneous emails to the 'specifiers' database. Support marketing in drafting technical documentation (product & certificates benchmarks) and other product lists (calculation software, etc.). Gather market feedback to identify needs for new solutions to meet client expectations and requests. What we look for: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture. Proven technical support experience (minimum 2 years). Ability to identify and define technical requirements and develop optimal solutions. Experience in insulation solutions for construction is a plus. Knowledge of building physics (thermal insulation, acoustics, passive fire protection) is essential. Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously, prioritizing effectively. Team player with good communication skills, attentive to customer needs. Organized, innovative, proactive, and relationship-oriented. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Good command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
