Senior SAP Project Manager

The Senior SAP Project Manager will lead the SAP implementation for the Maccaferri Group , directly reporting to the Group IT Director both hierarchically and functionally. He/she will manage a team of external consultants and work closely with the internal Maccaferri team involved in the projects. As the leader of these initiatives, he/she will ensure that the BBPs released and the system implementations meet both the Global and Local business needs raised by all involved departments, and adhere to SAP best practices. Key responsibilities include: Defining and managing complex SAP project plans Coordinating internal and external teams involved in the projects (both Italian and international) Defining and monitoring the project budget Developing global and local BBPs aligned with business needs and SAP best practices Designing IT SAP architecture, including integration with other Maccaferri systems Managing rollout projects across all Maccaferri Group companies Required Skills: Extensive experience managing SAP projects Knowledge of S/4HANA system, especially for FICO, SD, MM, and PP modules Strong analytical skills and understanding of IT technical and functional processes Structured and precise work approach Proficiency in written and spoken English Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently Effective teamwork skills Ability to build strong relationships Problem-solving skills and capacity to propose solutions Ability to work under pressure Influencing skills across the business J-18808-Ljbffr
