Job Description
Social Network Login/Join Reporting to the Field Area Manager, the candidate will manage a team of resources and, using commercial levers, will ensure the correct implementation of commercial strategies for the District Unit of Tavagnacco (UD). The responsibilities include: Achieving the company's objectives through managing/training a team of salespeople and coordinating sales agents; Managing the territorial commercial structure and the related vehicle fleet; Serving as the commercial and administrative reference for clients, suppliers, and colleagues within the assigned territory; Ensuring compliance with company policies. Required Qualifications Professional experience of at least 3/4 years in a commercial role; experience in Food & Beverage Tent Sales will be considered a plus; Preferably a degree in economic disciplines; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; Knowledge of English is a plus; Strong focus on achieving goals; Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation; Experience in resource management is appreciated.
